Can Oliva sits quietly in the middle of its own olive grove, where we produce our own olive oil.

Beside the pool, you’ll find an inviting outdoor kitchen and a large dining table, ideal for warm summer evenings. The pool area also offers loungers, sofas, and an outdoor Jacuzzi with beautiful views across the olive grove.

The house blends modern living with a traditional Ibizan feel and includes four bedrooms—one with its own bathroom. Each room features air conditioning and underfloor heating for year-round comfort. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, paired with a practical laundry room. There are two cozy living areas and generous porches on both levels, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.

A spacious gym with modern equipment, a reformer, and a ping-pong table completes the home.

Can Oliva is located in the south of Ibiza, just 10 minutes from Ibiza Town, the airport, and Playa d’en Bossa, and close to San José and popular beaches, restaurants, and clubs.
