Can Talaya, a newly refurbished rural Ibizan villa is set in spacious grounds next to San Rafael. The surroundings are quiet with no neighbours and easy access to Ibiza town via the village of San Rafael.

The villa is made up of two separate buildings; the main villa and a separate guest house with its own terrace and open-planned living feel.  The pool is surrounded by sun beds, spacious lawns, a covered relaxation area, an outdoor kitchen for midsummer dining and plenty of parking for up to 6 cars.

Nestled in a tranquil rural enclave between the iconically Spanish villages of San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis, the villa’s location gives you excellent access to the western beaches of Benirass, Cala Gracio and Cala Salada.

Can Talaya provides everything you need for a truly magical island escape. The villa has air-conditioning throughout the property (bedrooms and living areas) as well as in the summer kitchen.
